UK House will join forces with 1plus1 Productions and Skepta, to bring an exclusive experience to the SXSW 2024; supported by a state-of-the-art fully functional virtual production studio delivered by Disguise (Adele, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran).
The iconic festival, now in its 37th year, celebrates innovation in the arts through tech, bringing together the best of film, music and performance and predicting the trends, changes and future of entertainment. UK House, organized by the UK Government, will showcase the future of the world’s digital economy and is proud to have Skepta and Tribal Mark as their headline acts this year to kick off their exciting roster of events at SXSW 2024.
For the first time, Skepta, one of the most important influences on the global music scene, and one of the first artists from the UK grime scene to break into the US market, makes his directorial debut and US premiere of his short film, Tribal Mark. In addition to the screening of Tribal Mark, there will be a Q&A, followed by a live DJ performance by Skepta.
