Lloyd Cole is delighted to announce the release of two fabulous new remixes of ‘Wolves’, the epic closing song on his new album ‘On Pain’ via earMUSIC. The first, the Mogwai mix, is by celebrated Scottish post-rock band Mogwai , while the second, the International Mix, is by Chris Merrick Hughes (co-producer with Lloyd of ‘On Pain’).

Says Lloyd: “I was thrilled that Mogwai would want to remix Wolves, I’m even more thrilled by the result. I could not have imagined this. And that’s why we do remixes isn’t it? And at risk of sounding like a broken record - who could have imagined that my recording could possibly become The Unlimited Mix? My Chris Merrick Hughes love just went off the dial. This should have been impossible. My first proper dance mix since My Bag! It’s been tough sitting on this for all this time, but I couldn’t let the world hear this first, could I?”

Once again Lloyd has enlisted the talents of Canadian film director Doug Arrowsmith to fashion two beautiful, hallucinogenic films for these mixes.
