Mississippi bedroom-pop sensation Yot Club has returned with a new double A side release 'Rock Candy'.

Yot Club has had a remarkable ascent over the last three years - starting in his bedroom in small town Mississippi before exploding onto the scene with his personal brand of alt-pop which has sinced amassed over 550 million streams and cemented a rise from niche internet producer to a bonafide bedroom pop pioneer.

Bringing a multitude of genres into play, the Yot Club sound is remarkably unique and forward thinking, pitting lo-fi production against ingenious use of melody and lyrical craft, culminating in a sound that feels effortless and familiar.

To coincide with the news that he's officially gone platinum, today see's Yot Club make a surprise return with new double A side 'Rock Candy', which features new singles 'feel good', a cover of Suburban Lawns' 'anything' and a remix of hit single 'can't celebrate' by hotly tipped NYC producer Blaketheman1000.

Speaking about 'feel good', Yot Club says: "All of the songs on Off the Grid came together really quickly and naturally and I felt confident and excited about them from the jump. 'feel good' was a little different because I wasn't sure what to think of it at first, and I worried that it didn't fit in with the rest of the project. A couple of months later I came back to it and realized I really liked it. I'm excited to see what people think of it since it's a little different from the rest of the album."

Of 'anything', he says: “The Suburban Lawns self titled album is one of my favorite of all time. Every song is like neatly organized chaos. 'anything' stands out to me because it’s so simple and straight-forward and you can tell they probably wrote it in one sitting.”

The release comes in the wake of some huge international performances for Yot Club, including Iceland Airwaves and Pitchfork London, as well as a sold out headline show in London. With over half a billion streams to his name so far and his ascent showing no sign of stopping, 2023 looks set to be a huge year for Yot Club.
