Atomic Kitten, Natasha Hamilton, as you’ve never heard her before, as she duets with the UK’s hottest jazz & blues man, Tom Seals, in a jazzy Christmas cracker of a single.
Globally renowned Natasha Hamilton, releases first official single since Atomic Kitten, as she joins forces with UK jazz & blues wonder-kid, Tom Seals, to release a rich, heart-warming jazz-vibe of a Christmas duet, ‘I Can’t Wait To Spend Christmas With You’, released 4 December. Described by the legendary, Sir Tom Jones, as ‘an extraordinary talent’, Tom Seals’ debut single shot to No1 in the Blues Chart, he’s shared the stage with Jamie Cullum, Jools Holland and Gregory Porter; hosted the likes of KT Tunstall and Matt Lucas on his show, and he’s been hailed as the UK’s finest boogie-woogie & Blues pianist/vocalist, with sell-out shows wowing audiences across the globe. A fortuitous meeting with Natasha Hamilton at the Boisdale Music Awards in 2018, where Natasha won ‘Best Female Singer of the Year’, sparked instant jazz chemistry between the pair. This gorgeous festive jazz duet is the deliciously festive result. The single hot-foots Natasha’s performance at the Dubai Opera House on 10 December, and Tom’s live-stream show in December, ‘Tom Seals Live’, (to include special guests); and audiences will be able to catch him live at Ronnie Scott’s this New Year’s Eve.
‘Being a 90's baby, Atomic Kitten were huge when I was growing up. A few years ago, Natasha and I were both nominated for a Boisdale Music Award. I heard her sing at the awards that night and couldn't believe the blues and soul feel to her voice. It took me surprise, as I knew her from the pop classics of Atomic Kitten! We both share a love of big band, jazz, blues and soul. When the idea of a soulful, bluesy, feel good Christmas song came along, I knew I had to ask Natasha - and I'm so glad I did!’ comments Tom.
