Jason Nkanga releases his latest single, produced by Blutop, 'Know You Better' featuring theMIND.
This is a love song about two young teenagers. The classic 2002 love story we all know that shows a guy falling in love with a girl at first sight. The guy (Jason Nkanga) tries to use his magical words to make the girl (Soudarii Graham) fall for him but little does he know she already is into him. This song has soft R&B elements and a laidback hip hop bounce.

Jason Inidara Nkanga (born May 10, 1998) known by his stage name, Jason Nkanga is a Nigerian rapper. He was born in Lewisham, England. Jason started rapping at a young age. He participated in several talent shows. In 2014, he released his first single, Go Dumb.
In 2016, he released his debut EP, Beyond My Imagination. Jason initially gained recognition from his song, Remember You which was on his debut EP which received positive reviews from listeners and gave Nkanga exposure. In 2018, Jason released his second project, The Calm Before the Storm. Months after, the young artist teamed up with Juls Delø, to release The Art of Rap. Nkanga’s breakthrough came from a track on TAOR, The Book of Legends which according to listeners, is a track with a style like the Wu-Tang Clan’s. An animated video was made for this by Victor Enam. A snippet was released on Instagram which surpassed 200,000 views. This took Jason’s name to places out of Nigeria, such as South Africa, England and USA. The video also caught the eye of one of the most prominent radio stations in Abuja, Cool FM who reached out to him for an interview. He mentioned his music being influenced by J. Cole during his interview with Cool FM.
In 2019, four months after graduating from the University of Sussex, England, Jason announced the release of his fourth project, Redemption, where notable artists, Mick Jenkins and theMIND are on the feature list. It dropped on the 20th of November 2019.
On the 10th of Febraury 2020, Jason released the video for his song “Know You Better” off Redemption starring Soudarii Graham. This video was taken by Ivan Boljat.
