Heidi Anne’s most recent single release, ‘True To You’, filmed in the heart of the Peak District, captures stunning waterfalls, Kinderscout, breath-taking sunsets and the historical village of Hayfield, where Heidi Anne grew up. Not only does the music video encapsulate such stunning and scenic sites, but it also goes hand in hand with
telling the story of a true soul-mate.

Heidi says, ‘I really got lucky on the day we chose to film. It was essentially the last day of summer 2020 and wow, what a send off! The first time we arranged to film, it didn’t work out but that day turned out to be cloudy, and there’s no way we would have got footage anywhere near as impressive. Everything happens for a reason –
and not only that – my little jack russell terrier, ‘Fizz’ certainly stole the show. See if you can spot her in the video itself, she pops up every now and again… There was an instance where she jumped onto my lap near the waterfall, but I wasn’t keen on the idea of paw prints on my sundress.'

'I chose to write a song that many can relate to, and many like a good cry every now and again as long as they are happy tears, which is why the lyric are so heartfelt and meaningful – I didn’t mean to make my best friend cry when she heard it, but it resonated with her story. I think it’s possible the music industry is short of a few ballads at this point.’

Biography
Heidi Anne, is a British singer/songwriter from the Peak District, Derbyshire, UK, known mainly for her 2012 single, 'When the sun comes up', which featured A-list stars such as T-Pain, Lil Wayne & Rick Ross. Following this she released 'Cryin' it out' with Wiz Khalifa and featured as a singer on tour with Rick Ross himself. Heidi Anne toured the UK with The Bassheads and Mark Breeze on Clubland live tours. Her songs have been remixed by Bodybangers, Michael Mind and she regularly collaborates as singer/songwriter with Mark Breeze (of Styles and Breeze) as part of Clubland.

Although her style shows originality, her voice has been described as having ‘Toni Braxton’s lows and Aguilera’s highs, with beautiful intonation’.

After spending 5 years entertaining and fulfilling her dreams singing on cruise-ships and in hotels all around the work, Heidi Anne has now decided to get back in the studio, following her true R&B/Soulful roots. 2019 saw her raise her profile again by releasing the heartfelt ballad, ‘When Will You Be Mine’. 2020 has so far been an exciting year, after her collaboration with rapstar, ‘Carlprit’, (known for his notorious rap in Cascada’s ‘Evacuate The Dancefloor’ as well as topping the European Pop Charts on many occasions). Shadow Crimes received a massive 100k views on Youtube, after being released independently and was featured on many blogs including Music Crowns and Electrowow, as well as receiving radio play on KISS FM.

Heidi Anne has recently released ‘Cry No More’ with a music video, with contrasting scenes involving the slums of Leicester city centre, and elegant lady in a manor house. The single showcases up-to-date R&B, as she works eagerly recording new music as well as some festive treats.
