Two weeks after releasing ‘Dark Saturday’, METRIC have unveiled ‘Dressed to Suppress’ the second song too be taken from forthcoming album due on September 21st.



Speaking of the song lead singer Emily Haines said “Lyrically, the song explores the maze of conflicts we encounter in our attempts at finding and holding onto love; the absurd mating rituals we routinely perform; and the vast divide between the desires our appearances can imply and the way we actually feel inside.”.

The band return to the UK for a run of headline shows in November, including a show at London O2 Kentish Town Forum on 20th November.
