George Taylor, The Founder and CEO of Leeds/London-based event company and educational, networking support platform for musicians, fashion designers and bloggers, Creative Industry Hub - has winded the company down after their final conference, 'Breakthrough in Blogging,' 2017 in September, and has launched a creative event agency called LS4 Events, instead.

Originally from Hertfordshire, George moved to Leeds in mid-2014, and has worked in the events' industry since September 2012, where his early career started out working backstage at popular music festivals including Bestival and Field Day, alongside artists such as Clean Bandit, before starting his first ever company, Creative Industry United, in May 2013.

He launched London's largest, and most popular music industry networking event, 'Strictly Go Networking' which is still the leading music industry networking event in the UK today, and has attracted celebrities such as Esmee Denters and Kelli-Leigh to speak in the past.

He was quickly recognised for his successes by the largest online ticketing company in the world, Eventbrite (a Silicon-valley company), and was invited to become a writer for their now award-winning blog, and an ambassador for the brand, where he spoke on behalf of the tech giant at events including Social Media Week, and at the Google Campus in Shoreditch.

Shortly after, George moved to Leeds, and later relaunched his business in Yorkshire in April 2015 under a new name, Creative Industry Hub - which has since gone on to achieve considerable success, but he has decided to focus his efforts on the new agency.

'The reason I am starting an LS4 Events - an event agency, is because I have worked in all different areas of the events' industry for coming up to five years now, and I was dissappointed at the lack of high quality event companies in Leeds when I first moved here - which I found surprising considering that Leeds Beckett University has the largest event management student count in the UK.'

'My vision with LS4 Events is to offer a substantially superior service to what's already out there - for businesses in the North and South Region, and to put on exceptional events for clients that choose to work with us.
'We also aim to offer graduate recruitment scheme for Leeds Beckett graduates in hope of growing the events' industry in the North, instead of allowing graduates to move to London like they typically do, currently.'

Since launching his first business, Creative Industry Hub, George has worked with an impressive list of brands, bloggers, media companies, celebrities and CEO's including:

Paul Costelloe, London College of Fashion, House of Fraser, WGSN, Sheridan&Co, Jigsaw UK, Esmee Denters, Kelli-Leigh, Keith Harris OBE, Sony Music, Live Nation, Audio Network, PRS, UK Music, 7digital, Skindred, Stella & Dot, WWD, Noelle Reno, London Ethnic, Blogging Gals, Bonjour Blogger, Cision Gorkana, Diary Directory, Fashion And Beauty Insight, UKFT Rise, The Blogger Programme, WeAreTheCity, FashionUnited, The Dots Global, Global Radio, Chicmi, Eventbrite, UK Music Match, Gigmit, and more.

His old firm, Creative Industry Hub also sponsored London Ethnic's London Fashion Week opening showcase and ceremony at the Houses of Parliament in February this year. Already, over fifty major fashion retailers and major record labels have expressed their interest in this new offering, and so the future of LS4 Events is looking like a positive one.

Not only has the business began working with a large telecommunications' company in Leeds, but George has also been confirmed to speak at the largest event industry conference in the UK, CONFEX in March 2018 at Olympia London.
