Wireless Festival today adds five further artists to its 2017 line up, including some of the biggest names in home-grown talent Bugzy Malone, Geko and Kojo Funds, as well as international stars Fetty Wap and Travis Scott for two UK festival exclusive performances. Weekend and day tickets are available here.

Trap phenomenon Fetty Wap will be hitting the stage this summer to perform some of his biggest tracks to the capital’s crowds, including the summer anthem ‘My Way’ and the UK top 10 single ‘Trap Queen’. Following the incredible success of the multi-platinum self-titled album ‘Fetty Wap’, 2017 is set to be a huge year with the release of his eagerly anticipated second studio album ‘King Zoo’.

Grammy and MOBO nominated artist Travis Scott will be bringing his hugely popular sophomore album ‘Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight’ to Wireless for a special guest performance that’s not to be missed. Debuting at number one on the Billboard chart and having been streamed 50 million times he is sure to be one of the standout sets of the weekend.

Celebrated as one of the biggest urban music festivals, Wireless is also home to the UK’s hottest artists and emerging talent. This year Wireless welcomes Manchester-born grime heavyweight Bugzy Malone to the festival. Picked by BBC 1Xtra as part of the ‘Hot For 2016’ list as well as NME’s ‘One to Watch for 2016’, Bugzy Malone has been credited as a key player in the UK grime scene, producing hits such as ‘Watch Your Mouth’ and his second EP ‘Facing Time’ saw him storm the top ten.

Also performing at Wireless this summer is Geko, who has amassed a huge social following since hitting the music scene aged just 12. With 215,000 followers on Instagram and Twitter and over 25 million views on YouTube, Geko is set to perform his mix of Afrobeats and UK Rap to crowds this summer.

Taking to the stage on Sunday is London-born rapper Kojo Funds. Born and bred in East London, Kojo Funds is redefining music genres with his unique AfroSwing sound that blends Grime and R&B sounds, creating crowd-pleasing hits such as ‘Want from Me’ and the 2016 MOBO winning song ‘Dun Talkin’’.

With these artists joining headliners Chance The Rapper, Skepta and The Weeknd alongside a huge supporting line up that includes Bryson Tiller, G-Eazy, Rae Sremmurd, Wiley, Young Thug, Nas, Section Boyz, Big Narstie and many more, Wireless 2017 promises to be the summer’s biggest yet.

Global, the media & entertainment group, continues its partnership with Wireless as the official commercial radio partner. This evening’s announcement was revealed exclusively on Capital and Capital XTRA. Global will have unrivalled backstage access to the world’s hottest artists at Wireless with Capital and Capital XTRA broadcasting from the festival across the weekend.
