Communion are very excited to announce details of an intimate show with James Bay later this month. It will be their third in a series of grassroots London gigs to celebrate ten years since Communion’s inception.

Chart-topping and global phenomena James Bay will play Farringdon's The Slaughtered Lamb on the 25th November, exactly three years since his first London headline show at the same venue. Bay follows the recent sell out successes of Michael Kiwanuka (performing at his local, The Boston Arms) and Rae Morris (at The Lexington) in celebrating Communion's birthday this year.

For all his chart success and gruelling tour schedule, at the heart of what James Bay does is unite millions through the power of one voice and one guitar. Since he first walked out onto the stage at The Slaughtered Lamb back in 2013, to winning multiple awards and selling out big rooms worldwide, the essence of what he does very much remains the same.

This return to where it all began for him promises to be another very special event for Communion in an action packed year of celebrations.

Details of a ballot for limited free tickets to the show can be found below.

2016 marks ten years since the launch of Communion - the celebrated record label and live promotions team - originally founded as a monthly live music night at London’s Notting Hill Arts Club back in 2006.

James Bay will release ‘Chaos and the Calm Live’ bootleg LP; a collection of live songs from his number one, double platinum selling debut album on limited edition 12 inch vinyl, available exclusively via jamesbay.com from 16th December. Pre-order from 25th November.

Limited tickets for all shows will be free via a ballot system and available here: https://Tickets.lnk.to/Commun10n - please visit the Communion site for all up-to-date information: http://www.communionmusic.co.uk
