"Heralding euphoric choruses and electric riffs of Fleetwood Mac and The Strokes, the harmonies of icons ELO meeting The Magic Numbers somewhere along the way, and the modern female vocal of Haim, Morganway are quite the tour de force soup, but let’s be frank here: this Norfolk outfit doesn’t sound like anyone else." - Kimberley-Marie Sklinar Green,

“Their spacious songs and Yve’s voice sounded absolutely magnificent!” – Norwich Blog "The punchy riffs of the Fleetwood Mac comparison are apt, blended with vocals perhaps more reminiscent of Haim." - Tony Driver, The-indie-pendent.com
While only a year old, British alt-country outfit Morganway have quickly established themselves to gig goers around the country, with their beautiful melodies, killer songwriting and compelling live performances. Furthermore, they’ve already gained a hell of a reputation for being dedicated road dogs, having spent most of 2015 igniting venues across the country with their joy fuelled brand of Americana.

Formed in North Norfolk’s rural outback, the five-piece was started by twins Callum (acoustic guitar & lead vocals) and Kieran Morgan (lead guitar), and features Yve Mary B (lead vocals), Matt Brocklehurst (keyboard), and Simon Tinmouth (drums), who joined the band earlier this year. The quintet have wasted no time building a name for themselves in the live arena. They have toured the UK a number of times to sold-out audiences, securing airplay on BBC Cambridgeshire, and scoring appearances at the Cambridge Folk Club, Pigfest and The Secret Garden Party, where they’ll appear again in 2016.
All of which has built to their debut EP, “No Tomorrows”. A stunning collection of Americana infused alt-pop that croons, soars and elevates the listener to stunning new heights. Tracks like “Baby, Let’s Run” and “Hearts Of Fire” echo the work of a band fast maturing into a terribly exciting prospect. With more shows lined up, a rapturous new EP and people already screaming their praises across the country; Morganway are fast becoming a name to be remembered.

Guitarist/vocalist Callum commented:
"'Hearts Of Fire' is the second track from our debut EP 'No Tomorrows'. It's quite dark compared to the rest of the record, and we wanted to put together a video that reflected that. At the same time, our drummer Simon had a filmed a load of shots on our summer tour and we wanted to make use of them. We felt the raw, grainy look we got from the footage lent itself aesthetically to the tone of the track, while the clips themselves, through showing what we got up to on the road, captured our individual personalities and in essence the spirit of the band. I edited the video with Simon, and we took influence from some of those gritty, '90s grunge videos - in particular Nirvana's 'Lithium'. The song definitely touches more upon the rockier, perhaps even shoegaze sounds that also influence us, rather than the more country, americana vibe of a track like 'Ain't It Just', which we released previously. I hope when people watch this video they get a sense of who we are and our journey so far. It also serves as a memento to the release of this first EP, and what the summer looked like in the eyes of Morganway."
