Debbie Rowe confirms breast cancer diagnosis

Debbie Rowe fully intends to fight back against her breast cancer diagnosis.

It was reported on Monday (04Jul16) that Michael Jackson's ex-wife was suffering from the potentially deadly disease. And Debbie has since confirmed the news, but insists that she's not going to give in to the condition.

"I’m a fighter and always have been," she told Entertainment Tonight.

The 57-year-old nurse will undergo surgery in the near future to treat the disease, according to multiple reports.

Debbie is the mother of the late singer's two oldest children, Michael, also known as Prince, and Paris. According to TMZ.com, Paris was unaware of her mother's diagnosis as they have been estranged for over a year.

However, Paris may have referenced the news with a post to her Instagram page, when she shared a snap of a Buddha fountain, with no caption.

Michael and Debbie were married from 1996 to 1999.
