Courtney Love hints at Hole reunion

Courtney Love has hinted at a Hole reunion posting a pic of herself with Patty Schemel and Melissa Auf der Maur and tagging Hole with the photo.

Courtney wrote, with the girls, serving up a Hole lot of something. maybe #rocknroll ‪#girlfriends ‪#hole ‪@PattySchemel ‪@xMAdMx, suggesting that something may be in the works for her 90s grunge band.

Courtney got ahead of herself when she announced a reunion in 2014 telling Quietus, “I started playing with Patty and Melissa and Eric, just to see how that was.”

She then quickly backpedalled.

The last official Hole show was on July 11, 2012.

Melissa Auf Der Maur doesn’t sound open to anything permanent, especially if it involves new music but she said last month that she would be agreeable to signing off one last time with the band.

“I would want to celebrate and play a couple shows. I really would just like to finish what we started. It’s still unresolved to me,” she told blastechno.com
