Selena Gomez was reportedly too busy enjoying herself to chat to Justin Bieber at a recent party.
The two stars, who have dated on and off since 2010, haven't been romantically linked since late last year. They seemed to confirm that love is no longer on the cards when they ran into each other at a party thrown by Justin's manager Scooter Braun, which was also attended by Ed Sheeran, Cody Simpson, Ashley Benson and Meghan Trainor.
“Justin and Selena saw each other and didn’t engage whatsoever,” a source divulged to Page Six. “Selena was too busy enjoying herself with Ed and her girlfriends.”
The party, which took place last Thursday at LA's The Nice Guy, was to celebrate the release of singer Tori Kelly's new album.
During the evening Meghan is said to have jumped on stage for an impromptu rendition of her hit All About That Bass, which Justin caught from the front row.
Later the pop troublemaker was spotted leaving the venue around 1am flanked with a crew of friends. Selena apparently wasn't there that late though.
"Selena came with Ed and left with him shortly after Justin arrived. It was obvious she wanted to avoid any drama," the source commented.
Justin has recently been linked to Hailey Baldwin, but the pair insist they're just good friends. However, it's also been reported the 21-year-old has his sights sets on Cody's sister Alli Simpson.
“Justin would never do it without Cody’s blessings,” a source recently told America’s OK! magazine. “He’s told Cody he really wants to date her.”
