Rita Ora is “back to square” one domestically speaking.
The 24-year-old I Will Never Let You Down singer is the owner of a $2 million home in North London.
But despite having splashed out so much money on the residence, she doesn’t actually live in it anymore.
“I think I’ve ended up giving the house to my parents, actually,” she told Free Radio. “They need it more than me. I’m never really in one place. I’m back to square one but at least my parents have a place.”
When Rita purchased her first property in 2013, she wasn’t even around to seal the deal.
Again, her parents were at the helm of the real estate sale.
"I bought my first house the other week and I haven't even seen it,” she told Glamour magazine at the time. “I just trusted my mum and dad's opinion."
Last year Rita began dating Richard ‘Ricky Hil’ Hilfiger, the 25-year-old son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.
And it was recently claimed they are now making plans to expand their lives together, with rumours circulating the couple might be moving in with one another soon.
“Richard is now in a new phase of his life with Rita,” a source told UK newspaper The Mirror.
“She adores him. She has a place of her own, but they are thinking about looking for somewhere for both of them.
“Things are going well for Richard and he will undoubtedly be spending the rest of the year in London.”
