In just one month The Great Escape 2015 will kick off festival season as it takes over Brighton for 3-days, May 14th-16th. Europe’s biggest festival for new music, which celebrates its 10th birthday in 2015, today reveals the full 3-day gig schedulers so festival-goers can start planning their experience at #TGE15.

Check the gig planners here.

On the reaching its 10th birthday, TGE co-founder Martin Elbourne commented “10 years? Bloody hell. Where did that go? When we first came up with idea for The Great Escape all those years ago we never imagined it would turn into Europe’s annual hotbed of the best new music, industry folk and fans that it has become. Cheers, Brighton. Here’s to 10 more years!”
The line-up speaks for itself and will keep any new music lover occupied for 3-days, but festival-goers should leave some space in their schedule to experience some of the very special 10th birthday celebrations in place for this year, including a record number of legendary and not-to-be-missed secret shows and street gigs.

Whilst the details of these performances will not be revealed until a few hours before each show, we can tell you that we will be welcoming back some old friends from the past 10 years of TGE who will join the party and perform in intimate spaces across Brighton. To be in with a chance of catching a ‘were you there?’ moment that The Great Escape is famous for, wristband holders are encouraged to sign up for The Great Escape text service and festival app, both of which will provide the most up to date line-up information, venue changes and special announcement. Details of these services will be going live very soon via www.greatescapefestival.com

This special 10th birthday edition welcomes 400+ of the very best emerging artists from around the world to perform in 30+ venues across the city.
