Nick Cannon reportedly had a "great time" over dinner with Nicole Murphy.
The 34-year-old star split from wife Mariah Carey, who he has twins Moroccan and Monroe with, last summer after six years of marriage. He reportedly filed for divorce in December, though has maintained the outlook they will remain "friends for life" despite their nuptials coming to an end.
And it seems Nick is surrounding himself with new faces, as he arrived at the eatery Bagatelle in New York's Meatpacking District with Eddie Murphy's ex-wife earlier this week. She and the Hollywood actor were married from 1993 to 2006, after which she was engaged to NFL player Michael Strahan for five years.
New York Post's Page Six reports the pair arrived with other friends to the food spot.
“They were laughing and having a great time,” an onlooker revealed. “Nick and Nicole and their friends were dressed to the nines.”
While the source notes they "didn't look as though they were on a date", they added the duo were full of laughter and appeared to be enjoying each other's company.
Both have been the subject of infidelity rumours, with Nicole apparently ending her previous engagement to Michael amid claims he had cheated on her while Nick has been subject of claims he romanced Amber Rose during his marriage, who is signed to his label.
Meanwhile the America's Got Talent host is preparing to be a part of the Celebrity All-Star Basketball Game in New Orleans tomorrow alongside the likes of Kevin Hart, Common, Skylar Diggins and Ansel Elgort.
He's been busy sharing the event on social media, posting regular updates on Twitter leading up to the sporting event.
"Nick Cannon Plans to Shut Down Kevin Hart in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game (sic)" he wrote on Tuesday.
