Prince releases 'Marz' video

Prince has released the official video from Plectrumelectrum for the short track Marz.

Prince and his band 3rdEyeGirl get into the groove with some 60’s psychedelia.

Marz comes from his 36th studio album, Plectrumelectrum, and sees Prince and 3rdEyeGirl protesting that he has lost his job at Macdonald’s for giving away food, “but I couldn’t watch another black child go to school with nothing to eat”.

The video combines the retro rock feel, all saturated colours, blurred pictures and faux static.
