Red Bull Culture Clash saw four of the world’s biggest crews go head to head in a night of bass-driven warfare.

Crews included specially-formed collective Rebel Sound (Chase & Status and Rage, Shy FX and David Rodigan) taking the crown and seeing off reigning champions Boy Better Know, A$AP Mob and Stone Love in one of music’s heaviest battles.

Fans started queuing at 9am for the epic showdown. Joining the 20,000 sell-out crowd were supermodel Jourdan Dunn, Alexandra Burke, Katy B and Wretch 32, with Emeli Sande and Naughty Boy cheering on at the side of the Rebel Sound stage.

Winning three of the four rounds, and a clear favourite with the live stream audience at home, Rebel Sound delivered a blistering set to a crowd who lapped up the special guest dubplates. Ultimately voted champions by the sheer volume of a crowd who hit unprecedented levels of 108dB, the crew were ecstatic to be crowned victors.

Not only were fans in Earls Court caught up in the atmosphere of the night, fans watching the drama unfold on the live stream cast over a quarter of a million votes to unlock surprises which enhanced the on-stage action. #CultureClash trended globally on Twitter.
