Foo Fighters were performing in London under the alias The Holy Shits last night.

The Friday night show at the 450-capacity Islington Assembly Hall gave fans a chance to hear 21 songs from their 20 year career but strangely nothing from the upcoming Foo Fighters album ‘Sonic Highways’.

‘Sonic Highways’, the eighth Foo Fighters album, will be released in November and coincide with the HBO series of the same name documenting the making of the record.

Foo Fighters, aka The Holy Shits, also performed this week at the 850 capacity House of vans under Waterloo Station in London and the 600 capacity Concorde 2 in Brighton.
