Iggy Azalea thinks that embarrassment is overrated.
The Australian rapping sensation is currently riding high with the success of her latest song Fancy, taken from debut album The New Classic, released earlier this week.
As well as her career going from strength to strength, Iggy has found her perfect partner. She began dating NBA star Nick Young in November last year, after receiving messages from him on Twitter.
"We tweeted a couple of times and then we met up. It's not desperate, it's about admiring," she told British newspaper Metro.
"If you fancy someone, let them know in your own way - be it on Twitter or personally or on SMS or whatever. Just go from there. Embarrassment is overrated. There is no point in being embarrassed. You need to get it out there."
Prior to her hunky sportsman, Iggy enjoyed a fling with American rapper A$AP Rocky.
While she's never been short of romantic offers, Iggy encourages those that suffer from nerves to put their best foot forward when it comes to matters of the heart.
"Put it out into the world to find somebody you like and make it be known. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out - but it doesn't matter," she urged.
As well as her rapping abilities, Iggy has quickly become known for her style choices. She often flaunts her toned physique in risqué stage outfits.
Putting her enviable figure down to good genes, Iggy's happy to flaunt her body but won't be going under the knife any time soon.
"A lot of people talk about my butt and I love that too. What do I think of butt jobs? Each to their own - but they're not for me," she revealed.
