Selena Gomez’s stalker has reportedly been charged with one felony count of stalking.

The homeless man was convicted of trespassing at her Los Angeles home on Friday, after a neighbour saw him jumping her fence and called the police.

Che Cruz, 20, allegedly returned to the house just hours after being released from police custody for being caught on her property on Wednesday, reports Entertainment Tonight, making it two arrests for the same crime in just one week.
This violated the order he was given to stay away from the 21-year-old actress and her home.

Cruz has also been charged with one misdemeanor count of violation of a criminal protective order, which could lead to four years in prison. Bail was set at $150,000.

Selena is not just dealing with security issues – she is under strain due to complications in her relationship with on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.

Justin is currently facing legal issues after allegedly assaulting a paparazzo in 2012.

Selena may have to testify in the case, something that is apparently causing her immense stress.

“Selena is nervous to testify because she doesn’t want to say anything that could negatively affect Justin. She’s more than willing to support him but she’s not happy that she’s been dragged into the case,” a source told Hollywood Life. “She thinks Justin is innocent to begin with and that all these paps are just trying to get money.”
