Justin Bieber's team have reportedly issued him an ultimatum.

The 19-year-old singer was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired licence in Miami in the early hours of yesterday morning. He has appeared in court already and been released on $2,500 bail.

It is the latest in a string of incidents involving the star, with cops raiding his Calabasas, California, mansion last week in connection with an egging incident on his neighbour's home, which caused $20,000 of damage. Justin's team, including his manager Scooter Braun, are said to be tired of dealing with the young star.

"I was talking to a source inside Justin’s camp — this is new. Scooter Braun and others in that camp have issued Justin an ultimatum,” Access Hollywood's Billy Bush explained. “You’ll hear people today say, ‘Oh, he’s a young guy, he’s making mistakes, he’s a young kid.’ Scooter and his team, they’re all past that. They’re past that point with Justin.

"Scooter has said to him, ‘You’ve gotta go get help, or I’m done. I’m done with you.'"

However, Scooter has spoken about Justin's arrest on Twitter and appears to be supportive of the young star. Although he didn't go into detail, he insisted he would do everything in his power to be there for him.

"@justinbieber love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares. that is all I have to say. thanks for all those concerned," he wrote.

"Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad. (sic)."

Scooter isn't the only person who has spoken out in favour of Justin. Lady Gaga took to her blog to ask fans to reserve judgement about the incident yesterday.

"Hey monsters. I know everyone today is taking about Justin's arrest and all sorts of words and judgements are happening on the Internet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves, but I think we should be supportive of Beliebers," she wrote. "They deserve, just like any other fan, to feel strong for each other and Justin so they can continue to share the bond they have through music. We may not understand everything celebrities do because there's only so much we see, but Justin and Beliebers were 'born this way' too. Let's spread love and compassion to Beliebers today. That is what we are all about. Can you trend #MonstersSupportBeliebers? (sic)."
