Coldplay to end year with UK tour

Coldplay will end the year with a UK tour.

The band will play their final shows of 2005 in December, with a number of arena dates Support will come from Richard Ashcroft, who is planning to release his third solo album in 2006.

The dates are:

London Earls Court Arena (December 14)
Newcastle Metro Arena (18)
Manchester Evening News Arena (19)
Belfast Odyssey Arena (21)

Tickets are priced £32.50 and go on sale at 9am on Friday (September 2).
