Britney Spears joins fan for afternoon tea in Surprise Surprise special

Britney Spears leaves one very special fan gobsmacked when she serves him tea and scones in tonight's Surprise Surprise Christmas Special.

James Colbourn, 27, from Ipswich is nominated by his younger sister Sadie Colbourn, 23, from Wolverhampton for all the support he has given her.

Sadie gave birth to twin boys George and Riley at just 26 weeks. A year later they were diagnosed with cerebral palsy and James has been by her side every step of the way. James gave up his spare time and cared for the boys like they were his own and Sadie wouldn’t of coped without all the help from her older brother, and wants to show how grateful she is.
