Sharon Osbourne is “unrecognizable” thanks to plastic surgery, says brother David Arden.
David is 20 months older than Sharon, 61, and says she looks nothing like her childhood self. According to David, cosmetic surgery is to blame for her drastically changed looks.
“Sometimes I look at pictures of Sharon now and she looks nothing like the sister I knew,” he told UK newspaper The Mirror.
“By having gone under the knife, she’s taken terrible gambles in order to look better. It’s very sad, she could have done herself a lot of damage.”
David admits he and his younger sister had a fight seven years ago and haven’t spoken since. Despite their estrangement, he wants her to be healthy.
“She said she has stopped having surgery. I just hope she doesn’t start doing it again,” he said.
David reveals that it wasn’t until the Osbourne matriarch was a teenager that her personality began to shine through. The reality star apparently didn’t have a lot of friends when she was younger and was quite shy.
“She would go to dance school and do ballet, keeping herself to herself. She would spend time playing with dolls and she was always dancing. We would watch the ballet together,” David revealed. “She would hang out with me a lot of the time because we were at the same primary school before she went to the Italia Conti Academy. We were really close when we were younger.”
