One Direction fanbase strongest in London

As One Direction’s Take Me Home tour comes to an end in Japan this Sunday, we have looked back at ticket demand data for their 2013 tour, which reveals that Londoners are the world’s most dedicated Directioners, followed closely behind by Mancunians.

The tour, which first took the UK and Ireland by storm back in February this year, was quickly expanded to the rest of the world following overwhelming demand from fans.

Tickets to the boys’ biggest tour yet, which included dates in North America, Mexico City and Australia, were in constant demand.

1D’s home crowd proved to be the most dedicated when it came to seeing their boys perform live, with US fans following closely behind.
