Hard-Fi announce UK tour
21 July 2005
Following a Mercury Music Prize nomination for their debut album 'Stars Of CCTV' Hard-Fi have announced details of a full UK headlining tour.
Hard-Fi were forced to pull out of Glastonbury after frontman Richard Archer's mother passed away, and as a result the band cancelled a series of dates and their planned 'Stars Of CCTV' album launch party at Cheekees night club in Staines at the start of the month.
However, hot on the heels of the news that the band have received a Mercury Music Prize nomination for the album, it's been announced that they'll be embarking on a full headlining seventeen-date UK tour kicking off at Bristol Academy on October 14 and taking in dates in London, Oxford, Liverpool, Manchester and Brighton.
The band are releasing their new single 'Living For The Weekend' on September 12.
Hard-Fi's debut album 'Stars Of CCTV' is out now.
