Prince Harry introduced his new girlfriend to Carey Mulligan.
The British royal reportedly took his partner Cressida Bonas to meet the actress as she supported her husband at a concert.
The 28-year-old and his date were watching Mumford & Sons at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
“Harry is a huge Mumford fan, as is Cressida,” a source told British newspaper the Daily Mirror. “He was gutted to miss them at Glastonbury.
“He absolutely bear-hugged Marcus and apologised for missing their set. Marcus told him not to worry and to help himself to the beer. Carey was also introduced to them all.”
Harry’s girl is allegedly besotted with Carey and the pair partied until 1am with Carey and her spouse Marcus Mumford.
They were invited to enjoy the rider inside the group’s dressing room.
“Cressida really admires Carey, too, so the girls chatted while Harry had a long talk with Marcus," the insider continued. “They really hit it off.”
Harry also met bass player Ted Dwane, who had a blood clot on his brain removed just weeks ago.
The prince was reportedly in awe of how Ted bounced back so quickly from his illness.
“Harry was really impressed that Ted had rejoined the band so quickly.” The source commented. “The boys joked: ‘Ted’s alive!’”
