Oasis ‘Wonderwall’ was the number one song when Triple J counted down the most popular songs of the past 20 years.

The Top 3 had some surprises with The White Stripes and Jeff Buckley making the list.

Hilltop Hoods were the highest ranking Australian act at no. 4. Aussie’s Powerfinger scored no. 8 and 10 whilst Gotye and Kimbra appeared at no. 9 with last year’s biggest selling song ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’.
