Paris Hilton is urging fans to make donations in the name of a young American actress on life support.

The 32-year-old socialite sent out an alert to her 10 million Twitter followers on Wednesday about 27-year-old Chantel Giacalone.

The ingénue suffered a severe allergic reaction to a peanut allergy during a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada on February 20.

According to a website set up for the young girl from Michigan, she went into anaphylactic shock and has been in a coma ever since.

Chantel does not have health insurance and medical bills are mounting.

Paris took up the cause online to raise awareness and help generate funds.

“Hey everyone, Chantel is in a coma & needs our help. Please read, RT & donate if you can. Thank you… #OneLoveChantel,” she wrote.

Paris included a link to the blog One Love Chantel where visitors can contribute money.

“Everyone deserves the best chance of recovery, please help us make this possible for Chantel,” reads a note on the website.

Paris did not elaborate on her relationship with the girl. Fans appeared receptive, re-tweeting her message over 150 times.

The former reality star appears to be feeling charitable as of late.

In December she donated toys to an orphanage in Mumbai.

She also spent some time at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles that same month with her boyfriend, model River Viiperi.

Paris, who has a room named after her at the institution, posted several photos online at the time showing her spending time with young patients.

She hopes to inspire fans to do the same.

“Such a lovely time with the kids yesterday at @ChildrensLA. They are in my mind and heart. #HelpMakeADifference,” she wrote after the trip.
