Eminem iTunes settlement

A lawyer for the rapper confirmed Tuesday that he had reached an undisclosed financial settlement with the iPod purveying-company for illicitly using his lyrics to hawk the iTunes Music Store.

MTV, which broadcast the commercial, and its parent company, Viacom, were also named in the lawsuit and were party to the settlement.
