Jermaine Jackson has taken to twitter to extinguish reports that his mother Katherine Jackson is missing.
CNN reported today that the matriarch of the Jackson family, Katherine Jackson, went missing en route to Albuquerque to see a concert by her sons, but Jermaine says his mother is okay and simply resting in Arizona.
In a Twitter post Jermaine wrote:

I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us.
That is embarrassing for CNN who earlier this month also reported the death of Gotye. Gotye was equally saddened to hear of his death.
Jermaine added, “This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor’s advice. Period” and then thanked fans “I thank the vast majority of you for your messages of love and support. The bullcrap of speculators and deflectors is just background noise.”
