George Michael has asked Kate Moss to appear in his new music promo.

The British singer has reportedly approached the supermodel about making a cameo in the video to accompany his latest single. George is apparently eager to make it up to Kate after she missed out on his 1990 Freedom video – which famously starred a host of models including Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista.

“Kate is a huge fan of George’s and always has been,” a source told British newspaper The Mirror. "She’s been to heaps of his concerts...

“When she said last year that she was upset she didn’t get to star in the Freedom video, it got everybody involved in George’s new track thinking.

“She was offered a cameo role in the new video as long as she could make it along to the studio for the shoot. She was delighted to be offered, and if everything goes to plan, she’ll appear in it.”

George has been recently shooting scenes to accompany his new song White Light, which is about his battle with pneumonia last year.

A zebra was spotted on set and crew were said to be “mesmerised” by it.
