North West based band, Our Day Remains are being touted as the next big thing....Music News' Dean Midas Maynard finds out more.

In a short space of time, four piece rock band ODR have become a firm favourite with both promoters and new audiences and they have been invited to play at numerous festivals such as Manchester Rock Festival, Manchester Print works Festival, Wigan Gilfest and Lancaster Extrav supporting bands such as “Our Fold” , “Brave Yesterday”, “Notion”, “The Sun Explodes” and “The Gentlemen.” They have also had their own sell-out gig at music venue, San San in Bolton.

Their self produced track ‘Lights Go Out’ was written and composed by the band, as is their current, fantastic follow up 'Take This Night' and their combination of being extremely marketable and creative is the reason why ODR are rising very quickly in popularity.

I personally think ODR have the potential to reach the peak of the music scene, simply because they present original, self written music that is well produced and very catchy. They are also likeable lads, not only as musicians, but as people.

Watch out for Our Day Remains performing live at festivals and venues near you.
