Justin Timberlake says he will remember George Michael’s concert “forever”.

The star went to watch George perform in the Royal Albert Hall over the weekend.

Justin was amazed by George’s Symphonica show, and his personal approach.

“It was beautiful,” he said in an interview with BBC Newsbeat. “It felt like a night I would remember forever. I felt lucky to see him there in that venue. It was very intimate and he was so forthcoming. I really enjoyed it - I thought it was a spectacular show.”

George may have also inspired the 31-year-old to return to music. Justin has recently been starring in films including The Social Network, Friends with Benefits and In Time. However, the star wouldn’t rule out going back to music and is open to any opportunity that feels right.

“I don’t really put anything on the backburner,” he revealed. “I go from project to project and if something comes up that is inspiring, authentic and makes sense to me then I dunno. I’m just trying to continue to be inspired.”

George was equally elated at having Justin in his audience. The pair were even spotted chatting together after the show which has sparked rumours of a collaboration.

George says the show was one of the best experiences of his career so far.

“Morning everyone, just falling back to earth after Saturday nights show...it was almost an out of body experience for me :),” he tweeted. “London, that was INCREDIBLE! So intimate and you showed me such support and love. The atmosphere in that hall! For once I was actually.... Lost in music. Thank you all so much x (sic).”
