To commemorate the splitting of R.E.M., and to celebrate 31 years of their music, a special one night only band will be performing some of their best loved songs at The Monarch in Camden on October 11th.

It’s a night put together by R.E.M. fans in north London, and featuring members of various bands including Hoodlums, SixNationState and Van Greason, coming together for a covers set of specially selected R.E.M. classics, while support from DJ’s spinning the best in 90’s grunge and pop will ensure one of the most engaging nights for nostalgia and fan-dom London has eve seen.

Expect fan favorites, and maybe some curve balls, as R.E.M. songs – like you’ve never heard them – are performed by this specially put together live band. More names will be added to its line-up over the coming days, but tickets are already on sale via bloodyawfulpoetry.com priced at just £3.00.
