Beyonce breezes it to the top spot in US

Beyonce ‘4’ will debut at the top of the US album chart this week with sales of over 310,000 units.

According to hitsdailydouble.com, Beyonce ‘4’ is around 220,000 units ahead of no. 2 from Adele ‘21’ on 90,000 units.

Other debuts for the American chart this week are Big Sean ‘Finally Famous: The Album’, Selena Gomez & The Scene ‘When The Sun Goes Down’ and David Cook ‘This Loud Morning’ all in the top 10.

Between 10 and 20, six albums are set to debut. They are:

Scott McCreery : ‘American Idol: Season 10’
Taking Back Sunday : Taking Back Sunday’
Limp Bizkit : ‘Gold Cobra’
Various : ‘Rave On Buddy Holly’
Blake Sheldon : ‘Loaded: The Best Of’
Curren$y : ‘Weekend At Burnies’
