The singer-and-actress - who has been dating 17-year-old 'Baby' hitmaker Justin Bieber since the beginning of this year – has thanked her fans for their “understanding” and vowed to return to fighting form to greet fans in Santa Monica, California, to promote her new film ‘Monte Carlo’ later today (13.06.11).
Writing on her twitter page, she said: “Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding. Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica Place for the Monte Carlo kick off.”
The 18-year-old beauty - who was first admitted to a Los Angeles hospital on Friday (10.06.11) after suffering from nausea and a severe headache – has reportedly undergone tests for blood pressure problems.
Boyfriend Justin was quick to tweet his support for Selena.
He wrote: "getwellselena. (sic)"
The teen star recently won the support of Justin's Canadian parents after he took her to visit them in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario.
A source said: "Justin and Selena had lunch with Justin's cousins and his aunt and uncle. They were really sweet and make an adorable couple. They looked happy and in love.”
