It's a humble affair in a tight and cosy environment, this year's Fiesta Obscenic takes place at Wostenholme Creative Space, Liverpool on Saturday 7th May with over 30 bands coming together to raise money for the British Red Cross and their work in Japan and Libya.
The basic idea is to bring as many great music scenes together in Liverpool as possible while doing something good for people who need the money and support more than us. Last year over 20 bands played and with the help of all those who came, £700 was raised for Ovarian Cancer Action.
In light of the recent happenings in both Japan and Libya, this year the Fiesta will be aimed at supporting the efforts of the British Red Cross and the appeals they have launched for both sets of victims. http://www.redcross.org.uk/
