The best of the Edinburgh music scene have come together to release an album in aid of The Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh.

The album, "No Colour Too Strong To Paint" will be released on the 7th May 2011 and will be available to buy online, and a limited edition CD will be on sale at the launch party. It features the very best Edinburgh artists and provides a great snapshot of the current Edinburgh scene.

Confirmed artists so far are The Thanes, Delta Mainline, Frantic Chant, My Electric Love Affair, Steve Heron, The Valkary`s, White Heath, The Jackals, Imperial Racing Club, The OK Social Club, Scrap Brain, Epic26, The 10.04`s,John Durnan, Matt Norris And The Moon, The Lunes, The Remnant Kings,The Steals, Inspired, David Winpenny and Nicky Carder.

The Sick Kids Friends Foundation was set up in 1992 to support the work of the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh. The Hospital receives over 100,000 children through its doors each year from all over the East of Scotland.

The album launch party will be at Maggies Chamber in Edinburgh on the 7th of May. Playing live will be Frantic Chant, My Electric Love Affair, White Heath, Steve Heron, The Steals, The Remnant Kings and David Winpenny.
