Lou Reed recently revealed that the OutKast smash, 'Hey Ya!', was his favorite song of 2003. On his official web site, Reed said 'The reason I love rnr - Hey Ya! by Outkast'.
Perhaps he was one of the many who voted it best song to drive to on Yahoo, as well.
