They've only just finished a world tour for their last album ‘Hail To The Thief' but it appears that Radiohead are already back in their Oxford studio recording new material.

Work is already in progress for the next Radiohead album, though no more release details or new live dates have yet been disclosed.

'I was in the Radiohead studio just a couple of hours ago,' guitarist Jonny Greenwood told Billboard. 'Phil [Selway] was there drumming and recording and Thom [Yorke] has been in and out. We don't take time off very well. We're enjoying it still, so why just go home and do nothing?'

'I guess we're just going to record and work,' he continued. 'We don't plan so far ahead anymore.'

'There are already lots of songs and half written songs,' he explained, 'So there's things for us to chew on already.'

Radiohead will be playing an eight-date tour of Australia and Japan finishing late April 27 and are confirmed to be playing the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in California in May.
