Natasha's US record deal

Natasha Bedingfield has signed a £1million US record deal.

She secured the contract with Epic after exhausting 24-hour talks in New York.

She flew there straight after picking up the Hot New Talent award at the Smash Hits Poll Winners' Party reports The Sun.

Nat had a No1 single with These Words and her album Unwritten hit the top of the charts too.

Manager Neale Easterby who also looks after her brother Daniel, said: "Epic's David Massey has been a fan of both Bedingfields from very early on.

"When the opportunity arose to work with Natasha he jumped at it."
