U2 front man Bono has set his insurance company back almost £11million thanks to his injured back.

The injury caused the band to cancel dates and the associated costs skyrocketed.

Insurance broker Robertson Taylor are the company who are looking at the hefty bill, according to a report in The Sun.

Bono suffered a slipped disc in May and was forced to undergo emergency surgery in Germany.

The band will be back on the road from August 6 and have dates locked in until July 23 (just under a full year away!). The new tour schedule is:
