North Atlantic Oscillation have just confirmed a UK headline tour to accompany their album release in March and have also unleashed a beautiful (and slightly twisted) new video for the single.

North Atlantic Oscillation’s much anticipated debut album ‘Grappling Hooks’ will be landing on your desks over the next week or so and, in addition to a scattering of previously announced dates, they’ve just confirmed a UK headline tour to coincide with the record’s release. Details below.

The album ‘Grappling Hooks’ will be released on March 22nd through Kscope and is to be preceded by single ‘Drawing Maps from Memory’ on March 8th which Zane Lowe has been playing lots on Radio 1, describing it as “Super exciting new Rock n Roll for a new decade”.

North Atlantic Oscillation’s ‘Callsigns EP’ saw lots of praise around it’s release back in November, drawing comparisons from Animal Collective and Brian Wilson to Boards of Canada and Plaid, plus there were amazing tours with Cymbals Eat Guitars and Porcupine Tree. However, it’s 2010 we want to focus on now because, all things going to plan, you’re going to be hearing a lot from NAO this year!
