50 CENT has revealed that he is set to revive Robbie Williams career by recording a duet with him.
The US rapper said he really wanted to work with the former Take That star and hoped to get him in the studio soon.
The pair had originally tried to record together in 2007, but were forced to scrap their plans at the last minute.
Speaking at the Sundance Film Festival, where he was promoting his new film production company Cheetah Vision, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, 33, said he was now trying to clear up his schedule.
He said: "We actually attempted to do it during the 'Curtis' album and I reached out to him and we talked about recording in Los Angeles and then the next time I spoke to him he was on his way to rehab so that didn't happen then.
"Hopefully on one of my projects in the future we will have a chance to work with each other."
Williams and 50 Cent, also known as Fiddy, fell out in 2005 after clashing at a hotel.
They were both staying at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Germany, and, according to Williams, the trouble started when the rapper arrived and was upset when he was greeted by chants of "Robbie, Robbie" by fans that had gathered outside.
Things escalated when Fiddy and his entourage returned to the hotel at 4am after a night out and kept the bar open and played hip-hop in the lobby.
Williams complained, saying he had to be up early for rehearsals, and the manager asked the G-Unit crew to turn the music down, but they ignored him.
