T In The Park organisers are warning people not to buy tickets for the Scottish festival from a Hungarian-based website called tinthepark2009.com - because they haven't actually got any.

A spokesperson for DF Concerts, who promote the festival, told the BBC, "This site is 100% unofficial and has not been given an allocation of festival tickets to sell. The event is taking legal action and urges T In The Parkers to under no circumstances buy tickets from this outlet."

The incident follows problems with online agencies going bust in the summer, leaving fans without tickets to high-profile events such as Kings Of Leon, Depeche Mode and the Reading and Leeds festivals.
