Dirty Pretty Things talk to Music News

In an exclusive interview with Music News Carl Barat of Dirty Pretty Things fame talked about the new album Romance at short Notice and his recent illness.

Asked if he had recovered from his acute pancreatitis Carl said:

"Yeah, apart from I can’t drink for 3 months, I’ve lost a stone and I’ve gotta eat rabbit food for a bit, but other than that its all good."

On the subject of band tensions he continued:

"There was a lot of cabin fever, we all had personal problems because of being there for so long and we weren’t helping our bodies by poisoning them so frequently."
