Taylor Swift has secured a third consecutive week at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart with her pop smash Patient Zero. The track continues its dominance at the top of the UK standings, holding off strong competition from Jamie Miller’s Babydoll, which moves up to Number 2, and Ashe’s Stop The Wedding! at Number 3.
Swift remains the only artist to achieve three UK Number 1 singles in 2026. Patient Zero follows her previous chart-toppers from earlier this year, I Knew It, I Knew You and Opalite.
Further down the Top 5, Sienna Spiro’s Great Expectation dips two places to Number 4, while Adéla’s Nicole Kidman rounds out the main standings, climbing three spots to Number 5.
The week’s standings also feature a major resurgence for Pink, whose 2013 single Just Give Me a Reason featuring Nate Ruess has returned to the UK Top 40 for the first time in 13 years. The track re-enters at Number 15 following a surge in social media virality.
Olivia Rodrigo earns a new Top 40 entry with expectations, taken from her chart-topping album you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love. The track debuts inside the standings at Number 35 following the release of a new remix featuring Chappell Roan.
Rising UK R&B and rap artist Season 25 scores his first Top 40 placement, with his standout track Shotta’s breaking into the chart at Number 38. Meanwhile, American singer-songwriter Noah Kahan reaches a new peak as Willing and Able climbs three places to Number 17.
Other singles reaching new chart peaks this week include DJ Goja’s collaboration with Jason Derulo and Melody, Mi Chico, which climbs to Number 25, alongside Morrisson’s COS OF YOU, which rises to Number 34.
